As an IT Trainee specializing in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of our document management solutions. Your role will involve hands-on exposure to document control systems, integration with platforms like Microsoft SharePoint and docEDGE, and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency. What You Will Bring:
You have a bachelor’s degree (completed or in your final year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Whether you are a recent graduate, freelancer, or have more experience, you are welcome to apply—provided you are open to joining as a trainee. You bring an understanding of document management principles or have prior exposure to document control systems, which will be an advantage. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or DevOps, and exposure to Microsoft SharePoint, docEDGE, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems are beneficial but not mandatory. You have a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts or tools, such as ChatGPT, document automation, or data extraction, and are interested in applying AI to streamline document management, automate repetitive tasks, or enhance data-driven decision-making.
