Senior Master Data Service Coordinator

Purpose of role – Accountability

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing material master data within the SAP system to support the Topsoe’s supply chain, production, procurement, and inventory management process.
• Responsible for creating, maintaining BOMs, recipes and routings in SAP to support production planning and production requirements, as well as ensuring correct standard cost.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining inspection plans in SAP, ensuring the required quality control on raw materials, in the manufacturing processes and on the finished products.
• This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of material data, which is critical for seamless business operations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Tasks and deliveries

• Create, update, and maintain material master records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in material master data
• Work closely with production and supply chain to gather and validate material data requirements.
• Ensure material master data complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve material master data processes for data governance and quality control.
• Analyse data trends and provide recommendations to optimize material management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication regarding material data.

Required competencies and experiences

• SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Material Master Data Management and related modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, WM, QM).
• BOM, Recipe, and Routing Knowledge: Strong understanding of BOMs, recipes, routings, and inspection plans in SAP.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve data issues and improve processes.
• Education:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Candidate should have minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
