HR Coordinator

The Role and Impact
 

• Become a part of and help shaping Topsoe’s Global HR Support function
• Supporting managers and employees with daily HR related admin enquiries
• Maintaining and updating our global processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Taking part in HR projects and contributing to our digitalization journey in Global HR Operations.
• Good listening & Communication Skills

Task & Deliveries

• Admin tasks in a global function, incl. drafting standard employment contracts and other employment related documents needed throughout the employee life cycle - initially for HQ and gradually for other regions.
• Maintaining our employee master data in our HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors Employee Central, etc.) in connection to new hires, change of assignments, organizational changes, resignations, etc.
• Ongoing data validation, clean up and reporting tasks.
• Participate in HR projects and perform testing and ad hoc support in implementation and maintenance of HRIS and employee records.

What you’ll bring
 

• Familiar with HR systems ideally SuccessFactors, (Employee Central and Learning Management System modules)
• Understanding of interdependencies in HRIS and global cross-functional processes
• System savvy, global mindset and a can-do mindset
• Well-organized and structured approach
• Service minded and pragmatic
• Well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Is keen for Self learning & development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/ Postgraduate Preferably in HR.
• Candidate Preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
