Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Principal Technical Service Engineer with a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Synthesis gas catalysts and technology (hydrogenation, feed purification, pre-reformer, tubular reformer, secondary reformer, shift, methanation, ammonia, etc.), operations, and the ability to perform various site activities. This role requires personal drive, energy, and a self-motivated character to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Perform catalyst calculations and catalyst performance evaluations of synthesis gas plants (Ammonia, Methanol and Hydrogen plants)
- Prepare technical proposals
- Assist with catalyst loading, start-up, troubleshooting, and normal plant operations
- Visit customers and present catalyst solutions
- Assess and support customers with Topsoe's technical solutions
- Update the customer database
- Deliver technical presentations and training to customers
- Support account managers in presenting optimal solutions to clients

Qualifications
- A degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university/institute
- Knowledge and experience in Synthesis gas catalysts and technology
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical service, plant operations, or design in the Synthesis gas plants area
