Procurement Excellence Specialist
Role and impact:
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen Procurement Excellence across Global Procurement. You will take ownership of procurement analytics and reporting, ensuring clear KPI tracking, insightful dashboards, and high-quality management reporting that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
You will play a key role in driving digital procurement excellence by supporting and optimizing the use of eProcurement and eSourcing tools, including catalogue management, Guided Buying, RfX processes, eAuctions, and digital contracting compliance. At the same time, you will work hands-on with data, systems, and processes to improve data quality, increase transparency, and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and savings.
As part of this, you will help develop and standardize procurement processes, strengthen user adoption through training and workshops, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in rolling out AI initiatives across Global Procurement, helping the organization unlock smarter, more proactive, and more efficient ways of working.
What you will bring:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or a related field, and you have hands-on experience working with digital procurement solutions.
You combine strong business understanding with a solid systems and data mindset. You are experienced in working across procurement, legal, and IT, and you know how to turn business needs into practical digital solutions. You bring strong skills within process design, business analysis, and project execution, and you are comfortable using data, dashboards, and insights to drive improvements and support decision-making.
As a person, you are confident engaging with both specialists and senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly, make complex topics easy to understand, and can support change through training, stakeholder dialogue, and structured adoption activities. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, while still being able to prioritize effectively and balance short-term improvements with long-term value creation.
You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and enjoy working across functions, teams, and geographies. You have strong written and verbal English skills.

You will join a small excellence team with a manager and a close colleague in Denmark (HQ), and together you will be two new Procurement Excellence Specialists based in Krakow. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, as we partner closely with the rest of the procurement organization and managers to deliver outstanding results and support.
