We are looking for a Manager to our Electrical Workshop - Help us Lead the Way in Sustainable Innova

The Role and Impact 
Are you ready to play a key role in Topsoe’s mission to reduce carbon emissions and shape a sustainable future? We are looking for a manager to lead our Electrical workshop, a team of 11 highly skilled colleagues based in Lyngby, Denmark. 
As part of our Design & Construction (D&C) Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate with six other experienced managers to design and deliver cutting-edge electrical systems for demonstration units and first-of-a-kind plants at customer sites. Your team will focus on electrical systems for controlling process plants, equipment, and instrumentation, contributing directly to Topsoe’s innovative solutions for green hydrogen, green ammonia, eMethanol, and sustainable fuels. 

In this role, you’ll inspire, motivate, and develop your team while driving structure, setting goals, and ensuring successful execution. You’ll also play a key part in implementing agile systems that create transparency in prioritization and align individual tasks with company goals.

Your Qualifications 
You have a background in electrical industrial systems or equivalent and have the drive to lead people, preferably at least 5 years of experience within electrical work for the process industry. You must expect to wear work clothes and sometimes do practical work as an integrated part of the team you lead. 
You possess strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.

You’ll lead a team of 11 highly skilled industrial electrical technicians, working closely with the Automation Manager, project managers and other departments to deliver innovative solutions. As part of the Design & Construction Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate with experienced managers to achieve shared goals and drive Topsoe’s mission forward.
