Your new team
During the first 6 months, you will be assigned to a primary team, allowing you to gain deep insights and understand the key contributions of one specific part of our organization. This focused approach will help you build a strong foundation and develop a sense of belonging within the team.

After the initial 6 months, you’ll rotate to other areas of the organization, broadening your role and gaining exposure to different finance disciplines. This rotation will give you a comprehensive understanding of how finance operates across the business, helping you develop a well-rounded skill set and a clearer perspective on where your strengths and passions lie.

You’ll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and support your journey, ensuring you feel empowered to contribute and grow every step of the way.
