Student Assistant in Global HR Operations

As our new Student Assistant in Global HR Operations, you’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a dynamic and global environment. 

 

Your tasks will vary, but may include:

  • Preparing, processing, and maintaining employee-related documents, such as employment contracts, addenda, and templates.
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Preparing and updating HR-related information, including intranet content and visually compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and participating in HR-related projects.
  • Supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, such as assisting with employee engagement surveys and preparing materials for DE&I events.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.

 

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with all the above – we’ll provide you with training and the necessary support you need. 


The position is approximately 15 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with your studies.

Your qualifications:

  • You are currently pursuing a relevant education within the field of HR, such as HRM, Communication, Business Administration, Law, or a similar discipline.
  • You are well-structured and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new IT systems.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, both written and verbal.
