The role and impact
As a Student Assistant in Global HR Operations, you will support the team with operational and administrative tasks across a broad range of HR processes. Your work will help ensure a high level of HR support across the Topsoe Group.
Your tasks may include:
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines
- Prepare and update HR information, including intranet content and presentations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support HR-related projects
- Support employee engagement surveys and recurring people processes
- Assist with reporting and reimbursements
You do not need prior experience with every task- necessary training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
What you’ll bring
We are seeking a curious and motivated student eager to gain hands-on HR experience while studying. You thrive in a team environment, have a strong service mindset, and enjoy making a tangible impact through your work. You are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Taking initiative and following through on your responsibilities comes naturally to you, and you are enthusiastic about learning how HR operates in a global organization. You are currently pursuing studies in human resources, business administration, law, or a related field, and are ready to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. You have a solid foundation in administration, are confident using Microsoft Office, and are open to learning new systems. Clear communication in both Danish and English, written and verbal, is essential.

Your new team
You will become part of a team known for close collaboration, a strong service mindset, and a practical approach to getting things done. As the engine room of HR, our team manages many of the processes that support the employee lifecycle. You will work alongside colleagues in Payroll, People Support, and Employment Relations, gaining insight into how human resources support functions across teams and locations, including our People Support setup in Denmark and India.
