Student Assistant - Rewards, Mobility and Analytics
The role and impact
As a Student Assistant in the Rewards, Mobility, and Analytics team you will be part of a highly dedicated team that delivers solutions and experiences to create high engagement and drive high performance across the organization. We are specialized in our respective fields and are looking for a student who is versatile in managing and analyzing data, and easily understands concepts to assist us in generating valuable insights or driving smaller projects.
You will gain deep insights in the employee lifecycle events and how to work with the data from this to deliver solutions that attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled technical workforce.
Your responsibilities
As Student Assistant you will be involved in producing analytical insights of our workforce, insights to understand external and internal pay practices, assisting the focus on pay transparency, optimizing the experience around mobilizing resources to work across borders and many other priorities to deliver an engaged and high performing work force.
Your tasks will vary and include producing content and guidance to support the communication of policies and principles, helping managers or employees become familiar with solutions and concepts. Further, you will be involved in benchmarking pay practices to provide input for budgets and be responsible for the expense management of procured services from external vendors assisting employees on international assignments. Additionally, you may be involved in the development of analytical insights using data from employee life cycle events.
What you’ll bring
You are currently studying toward a degree in Finance, HR, IT-Digitalization, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- You have a passion for data (analysis, building and structuring insights)
- You are self-driven, solution oriented, efficient, and structured
- You have a customer-focused and proactive mindset and enjoy working in a transformational work environment
- You are able to prioritize and finish what you start
- You deliver high quality results and pay attention to details
- You are an experienced user of Excel and are possibly familiar with Power BI or similar tools
- You speak English fluently – knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
We expect you to work around 15 hours weekly - possibly more during breaks or peak periods and we are of course flexible during exam periods.
