Student Assistant HR IT and digitalization

 

Who we’re looking for
As a Student Assistant HR IT you will be part of a highly dedicated team that deliver solutions and experiences to create high engagement and drive high performance in the organization. We are specialized in Rewards, HR IT, Mobility and Analytics and are looking for a student that is versatile within systems, processes and data management and has a distinct interest in building a great digital experience for users of our HR system and data. 

 

Our global HR platform (SuccessFactors) is the basis for our daily work and it will be your focus area to support HR colleagues. You will develop and enable features and functionality to increase operational efficiency and access to HR data by leveraging self-service and automation.


Your responsibilities
As Student Assistant HR IT you will be involved in the technical part of the processes within the entire lifecycle of an employee including attraction, hire, talent management, performance and compensation. You will be trained in our system to build reports and handle change requests to identify and develop new solutions and features based on user needs, including testing, documentation and training of users. 


What you’ll bring
You are currently enrolled in a degree within IT, Digitalization, HR, Business Administration or another relevant study

  • You have a passion for systems, processes and automation 
  • You are self-driven, solution oriented, efficient, and structured
  • You have customer and proactive mindset and enjoy working in a transformational work environment 
  • You have the ability to prioritize and finish what you start
  • You deliver high quality and pay attention to details
  • Experience with Excel, ERP systems and data analytics or business intelligence software is considered a plus
  • You speak English fluently – and knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

 

We expect you to work around 15 hours weekly - possibly more during breaks or peak periods and we are of course flexible around the time of your exams.
