Student Assistant – Technical Service Support (Europe+)

The role and impact
As a Student Assistant in Technical Service (Europe+) at Topsoe, you will play an important role in supporting our engineers who work closely with customers across Europe and other regions. You will gain practical insight into catalyst systems, industrial unit operating conditions, and internal technical and commercial systems. The role involves a mix of technical and data-related tasks, with close interaction with global commercial teams. Tasks will vary and provide insight into technical services.

You will become part of a skilled and collaborative team, where tasks vary and offer strong opportunities to develop your analytical and structured way of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Technical Service Engineers with updating loading diagrams based on actual catalyst data
  • Update operating conditions in Salesforce (training will be provided)
  • Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel sheets for technical and commercial purposes
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks related to technical service and customer support

What you’ll bring 

  • Enrolled in a relevant technical or engineering-related study program, preferably chemical engineering bachelor’s or master’s Degree
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Able to handle varying tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
