Student Assistant, Global Commercial Marketing

Role Overview:
As a Student Assistant at Topsoe, you will play a key role in supporting your colleagues in the marketing team in executing and tracking marketing activities that elevate Topsoe’s global presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a structured, outgoing, and creative individual who wants to kickstart a career within marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create online adverts, roll-ups, and similar small graphical tasks
- Work with colleagues and agencies on reviewing marketing collateral such as brochures, white papers, customer case stories, and product leaflets
- Assist with website updates in our CMS system (HubSpot) and creation of new landing pages
- Update internal systems with the latest sales presentations and information from Marketing
- Support our trade media activities, including performance tracking and communication with our vendors
- Manage marketing materials and images in the Brand Portal, ensuring internal accessibility and compliance with brand guidelines.
What you’ll bring
- An interest in B2B marketing, including advertising, digital marketing, and lead generation
- A positive mindset and curiosity about how perfecting chemistry can contribute to a better world
- A digital-first approach, along with being a proactive team player.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and preferably Photoshop or Canva.
As you will have many international colleagues, and English is the company language, it is essential that you are fluent in English, both in writing and verbally. If you have copywriting skills, it is a plus.
You are preferably in your second or third year of your bachelor’s degree.
