Strategy Manager

The role and impact
As Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Topsoe’s strategic direction and driving meaningful change. You will lead high-impact projects across commercial and regional strategies, investment cases, organizational development, and market and competitor analyses. Your work will help translate top management’s strategy into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment and engagement across the organization.

Your main tasks will include:

• Driving strategic analyses that turn market trends into clear recommendations for Topsoe’s competitive positioning and profit and loss.
• Conducting market and competitor intelligence, delivering actionable insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and supporting key meetings.
• Supporting the business planning process by ensuring ambitions and competitive positioning are aligned with market trends and intelligence.
• Developing new models for capturing and presenting market insights.

You will be a trusted advisor to senior management, providing analyses and recommendations that support decision-making at the highest level.

What you´ll bring
You are a self-driven strategist who excels at conducting your own analyses and generating actionable insights- identifying what we do well and how competitors operate, and proactively proposing new directions. You have a holistic and broad perspective, able to distill complex information into clear recommendations. Your stakeholder management skills are strong, and you are comfortable engaging with colleagues across all levels, including indirect contact with the CEO. You bring sharp communication skills, making complex topics accessible and actionable. You offer clear, outside-in advice, combining strategic acumen with the confidence and curiosity to challenge the status quo in a constructive and personable way. You are proactive, honest, and comfortable providing candid yet considerate guidance, always eager to learn and collaborate.
