Senior Technical Facility Consultant

The role and impact

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Facility Consultant in our Facility Management Operations to be a part of our Facility Operations transformation with focus on Ventilation, Heating, Plumbing, Sewage. If you are passionate about driving Operating optimization and customer satisfaction, you are the person we are looking for. 

As a Senior Technical Facility Consultant, you will be responsible for the contact to both colleagues in the organization and external vendors. You will work closely with the entire organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for leading Ventilation, Heating, Plumbing, Sewage (HPS) activities necessary to provide safe, efficient, cost effective Topsoe facilities and infrastructure.
• Management of 3rd party contractors and stakeholders within responsible areas.
• Monitor daily operation of our technical systems and supervise modifications, upgrades, and renovations.
• Deliver descriptions and processes within responsible areas.
• Assist and support Facility Management Operations Team with facility tasks from the business.
• Oversee and manage minor construction-work, refurbishment projects and larger projects with assigned internal/external resources.
• Establish and/or modify existing maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime, accessible spare parts and lower the number of unpredictable breakdowns. This in cooperation with our Planning team.
• Utilize data for continuous improvement of equipment efficiency.

What you’ll bring
You have some years of experience with Facility Management operations and maintenance of technical equipment, preferably as responsible. In addition, you have experience working with design of equipment, including validation and qualification.

If you also are good at translating technical information into processes and descriptions that make it easy for customers and external partners to understand tasks and roles, then you are the one we are looking for.

 
In addition, you have: 

• An educational background as mechanical engineer, marine engineer, electrician or similar.
• The ability to use tools for assessing maintenance and preferably familiarity with SAP PM. 
• Experience with stakeholder management as well as working with different cultures and interacting/generating a good impact with contractors/partners.
• Basic understanding of accounting, budgetary concepts/procedures, CapEx, OpEx etc.
• Ability to work in Windows Office 365 / Sharepoint environment.
• Proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.

Knowledge of laboratories installations, GMO, GMP is an advantage.
