Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Program Manager in Global Facility Management to spearhead our "Workplace of the Future" strategy on a global scale. If you are passionate about driving workplace transformation and strategic initiatives, you are the person we are looking for. 


This role is pivotal in bridging the gap towards a sustainable, activity-based workplace, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we work at Topsoe.


As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead diverse teams and execute strategic projects to enhance employee satisfaction and transform our workplace. You will work closely with the entire organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering high-impact global strategic workplace projects
  • Enhancing stakeholder engagement by collaborative connections and fostering a shared commitment to success
  • Leading workstreams within the Workplace strategy and executing on agreed scope
  • Developing transformation project methodologies and mentoring talent within Global Facility Management
  • Conducting Change Impact Assessments and developing optimization plans
  • Owning and delivering the Workplace of the Future Strategy, focusing on infrastructure, technology, and behavioral change
  • Identifying change benefits and success factors early in the strategy
  • Ensuring user-facing content aligns with the Workplace of the Future strategy
  • Organizing workshops, focus groups, and other sessions for impacted audience groups
  • Establishing clear handover plans for ongoing ownership and monitoring of successful change
  • Aligning all activities within the strategy with wider HR and IT strategy plans

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in strategy or business transformation, ideally within Workplace Management consultancy or a similar role in a large, international corporation
  • Strong communication skills, both quantitative and qualitative, for engaging with executive leaders and the wider Topsoe organization
  • Experience leading project teams and engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a "can do" attitude
  • Global mindset and excellent Danish & English communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, curiosity, self-management, and a delivery-focused mindset
