Senior Process Product Manager

The role and impact
Are you a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization? As a Senior Process Product Manager at Topsoe, you will play a significant role in shaping one of our most innovative products, while working closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers and supply chain specialists.
We are seeking a new colleague to join our Engineering and Supply Chain team within Power-to-X, where we develop and maintain the core building blocks for our SOEC units. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the process aspects of the SOEC product, which is engineered for large-scale series production by subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing engineering and manufacturing updates for the current product while actively contributing to the design and development of its next-generation innovations. By leveraging insights from operating plants, subcontractors, and the Power-to-X group, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure the SOEC product is optimized for cost, manufacturability (DfM), assembly (DfA), and serviceability (DfS). Your work will be essential in driving product improvements, optimizing designs, and ensuring the product achieves the highest standards of efficiency, scalability, and performance.
What you’ll bring
You hold a degree in chemical engineering or a related field and bring more than 5 years of experience in an engineering or production environment. Your expertise includes strong knowledge of flow sheeting, P&ID, equipment design, and specification. While site experience is considered an advantage, it is not a requirement.
Moreover you:
- Adhere to Topsoe’s Zero Harm policy, prioritizing safety in all aspects of your work.
- Approach tasks with a methodical and structured mindset, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Focus on opportunities rather than limitations, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Are motivated and proactive, driving progress and delivering results.
- Strive to achieve the best possible outcomes in a pragmatic and efficient manner.
- Possess strong personal impact and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across all levels of the Topsoe organization.
- Have experience with change management, ensuring smooth transitions and improvements in processes.
