Senior Operational Readiness Strategy Manager

Who we’re looking for
Today, the Aftermarket Services department of Topsoe is embarking on a new and exciting adventure. We are calling out to bright minds, intrapreneurs and other problem solvers, who are keen to decarbonize at scale the hard-to-abate sectors, by preparing the arrival of our latest green and blue technologies on the market.

At the core of this mission is the Aftermarket Strategy Senior Manager. As part of the Operations and Maintenance team, you will be in charge to define the service delivery strategy of the Aftermarket team for different technologies, starting with eREACT.

TOPSOE's eREACTTM Hydrogen technology is the electrified evolution of the world’s most common hydrogen-production method, steam-methane reforming. It allows producers to leverage their existing hydrocarbon infrastructure while seamlessly integrating (renewable) power into their production - and providing real support for the global energy transition

As the technology is gaining more and more traction on the market, you will be a key contributor to the eREACTTM Core Team, by establishing the Aftermarket Service offering, and supporting its implementation in close collaboration with R&D, Global Supply and Procurement.

Your responsibilities will be end-to-end, from Service execution concept definition to execution, through contractual support, risk management and operational readiness of our team and our Customers.

What you’ll bring

You have at least 5-10 years of aftermarket/service/after-sales experience (operations, strategy…) in an industrial context (chemical, O&G, aviation, automotive…) that you can leverage on to develop pioneering new Service execution concepts that deliver end to end high-quality services to our customers.

You typically have a degree in Engineering, or Business with strong technical background. Knowledge of the realities of chemical / process plants is a plus.

You have an excellent command of English and can handle technical discussions one day, and report meaningfully to top management the next. Your way of working is structured, with an entrepreneurial mindset, and very strong interpersonal skills.

Why join us

Joining Topsoe Power-to-X Aftermarket, you will have the chance to have a clear impact on a booming organization which aims at leading decarbonization across hard-to-abate sectors.
You will work in a multi-cultural environment, where your expertise will be recognized and leveraged on.

The possibilities for development are as wide as you could imagine and could lead you to specialize in a particular field, relocate to our customer facilities, or grow in different functions within the Aftermarket Services team.

At Topsoe, we’re problem solvers. In every role, across every office, you’ll find people passionate about finding the right answers. For over 80 years, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, always focused on solving some of the world’s biggest challenges together. We believe great results start with collaboration and respect, where every idea is heard and can drive real change. You’ll join a team of dedicated experts, united by a commitment to perfecting our craft and delivering real impact. We don’t just promise change – we make it happen. And with your contributions, we’re shaping a more sustainable future with solutions that truly matter.

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment where everyone looks out for each other's health and safety.
