Senior Global Quality Partner

The role and impact
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our quality excellence objectives across the organization. You will ensure robust processes, compliance with global standards, and a dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic quality initiatives, fostering leadership engagement, building organizational capabilities, strengthening our Quality Management System (QMS), and effectively managing change.

The position may include work at various locations.

What you’ll bring 
The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering and brings a minimum of 10 years of quality experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemical, or technology sectors. You have a strong background in quality management systems, lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and quality tools such as 8D, SPC, Control Plans, MSA, and FMEA.

You excel at driving quality improvements, developing and tracking key quality metrics, and leading quality excellence initiatives. You are adept at designing and delivering training programs that empower teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your passion for cultural transformation and collaborative mindset will be key to embedding best practices and raising quality standards across the organization.
