The Power-to-X organization of Topsoe is located in Bøge Allé 5 (DTU Science Park) in Hørsholm. 

Who we’re looking for
The Senior Finance Manager for Power-to-X Supply Chain will design and operate the financial performance management framework for the different Power-to-X supply chain organisations in Topsoe and drive all relevant finance workstreams in the evolutionary and transformational journey, which Topsoe’s Power-to-X business is undergoing.

The role as Senior Manager Power-to-X Supply Chain Finance will be an integrated part of the Power-to-X Finance team, where you will act as the Finance Business Partner for Power-to-X supply chain business stakeholders across Production, Engineering & Supply, and Aftermarket Services. 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure that commercial and operational supply chain related business decisions are supported by sound financial analysis including the involvement of relevant organizational stakeholders
• Ensure As a member of the management teams covering the Power-to-X supply chain, always ensuring that commercial and operational supply chain related business decisions are supported by sound financial analysis including the involvement of relevant organizational stakeholders
• Set the future Power-to-X Supply Chain finance organization, drive a high level of employee engagement, and define and implement the Power-to-X Finance Mission and annual plans together with the Power-to-X CFO
• Define the finance support framework and ways of working towards the PTX Engineering & Supply organization and stakeholders as well as the PTX Aftermarket Services organization and stakeholders
• Drive short- and long-term financial management of the entire Power-to-X supply chain in collaboration with finance stakeholders, including the following:
  • Co-ownership of Supply Chain P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow ambitions 
  • Budgeting and forecasting (annual and long-term)
  • Performance Management & Reporting Design (implement financial management including reporting, review cadence for stack as well as SOEC section production)
  • Drive and validate cost reduction efforts
  • Drive and validate cash optimization efforts including inventory optimization (own stock + consignment stock) and NWC optimizations (supply chain financing).

What you’ll bring
You come with a strong background in business finance and with solid experience from production economy, project finance, service delivery finance and preferably S&OP activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to check most of the boxes below:

• Experience from several years working within business finance, most of which working with supply chain related matters
• Strong leadership qualifications and experience from working in a matrix organization
• You prepare thorough project plans where goals as well as actions are clearly defined; break down a strategy into manageable tasks, work with a long-term objective in mind and follow through
• You produce written material, which is clear, fluent, and easy to understand for the recipients. Strong PowerPoint skills will be needed to succeed in the role
• You hold a clear preference for teaming and collective success without compromising the ability to take proactive responsibility for your own deliveries
• You maintain a high ethical standard, personally as well as professionally, show integrity and a sense of justice in the interaction with others. Further, others perceive you as reliable and trustworthy.
