Who we’re looking for
Our team of process specialists is comprised of experts in various sectors of chemicals technologies, including Ammonia, Hydrogen, Methanol, GTL, Tigas, and more. As a process specialist, you will use your extensive experience to provide invaluable support to our service and sales teams in regional offices. This will involve close collaboration with service engineers and account managers, assisting them in resolving complex customer cases. 


Additionally, you will play a crucial role in gathering insights and knowledge from both customers and colleagues, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts. Working alongside specialists in Service, Engineering, and R&D, you will actively participate in troubleshooting activities and ensure that issues are resolved effectively.


You enjoy preparing and executing trainings for internal and external customers and take pride in capturing and documenting learnings and participate in internal knowledge transfer.

 
What you’ll bring
You:

  • have a degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or similar. 
  • have experience in design and/or operation of ammonia, methanol and hydrogen plants (experience within GTL and Tigas will be an additional advantage).
  • have a flexible and solution-oriented way of approaching people and tasks.
  • demonstrate initiative as well as technical flair and commercial understanding.
  • can prioritize and focus on the most important task at hand.
  • actively seek to strengthen and specialize your own catalyst and process knowledge.
  • have excellent communication and teamwork skills and thrive in cross-cultural contexts.
  • are skilled and experience with troubleshooting tools.
  • are highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • have experience with developing and execution of service offerings.
