Who we’re looking for

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure that statutory inspections are carried out on time and completed by SAP. 
• Manage work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance, from request to closed work order. 
• Update equipment and preventative maintenance plans in SAP Plant Maintenance. 
• Once a job is planned and estimated, prior to scheduling, verify the availability of parts, materials and special tools required for its execution. 
• Contact production managers, technicians, engineers and/or other stakeholders regarding upcoming scheduled maintenance, external supplier including the ordering of components, consumables, equipment, and tools via SAP. 
• Responsible to perform Planner workflow functions in SAP. 
• Use the best maintenance planning practices to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and quality of operation. 
• Identify critical component and service needs and establish safety stock requirements within SAP to ensure services or components are on site or quickly sourced to minimize downtime. 

What you’ll bring

Level of Education 

• Relevant education or degree such as bachelor's and master's degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Technical Education. 

Experience

• Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP PM and workflow processes 
• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Good documentation practice
• Strong problem-solving skill

• Works structured and with a level of detail 
• Thrives in a development environment in a rapidly growing organization 
• Excellent communication abilities

Power-To-X Technology is a rapidly developing division and is looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist Planner to use the best maintenance planning practices to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and quality of operation of the Power-To-X R&D facilities. In addition to Topsoe's research environment, Topsoe operates a large catalyst production facility with a mature and well-functioning maintenance department. The system needs to be adapted and implemented at Power-to-X, and Topsoe needs your help to operate that process and the subsequent operation.
