Head of Quality, Power-to-X

The role and impact

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing quality management strategies tailored to Power-to-X. You will oversee all quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, and meeting both customer and regulatory requirements. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, defect reduction, and the sharing of best practices across teams.

Additionally, you will manage the quality of components and systems sourced from suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with customers and partners, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring 

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering and brings a minimum of 15 years of quality experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemical, or technology sectors. You have a strong background in quality management systems, lean methodologies, six sigma, and quality tools such as 8D, SPC, Control Plans, MSA, APQP, PPAP and FMEAs.

Leadership skills for this role go beyond your quality technical expertise. We are looking for someone who can set sharp quality goals, has strong influencing skills to build quality culture and has clear articulation of quality standards and expectations.
