Who we’re looking for

As Global Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of Center of Excellence (CoE) reporting to our Global Talent Acquisition Lead. The main task will be to ensure that Topsoe has the right talent and competences needed to fulfil our ambitious growth journey together with your HR colleagues working for the same ambition. 

Here’s some of the things you can expect to be doing: 

• Driving the recruitment processes proactively from A-Z at high quality 
• Develop recruitment strategies based on a clear understanding of the job requirements to deliver the best candidates
• Create compelling job postings involving different media channels to maximize exposure to qualified candidates 
• Directly source candidates and maintain/develop talent pools of quality candidates to fulfil current and future business requirements
• Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of the global market trends to enhance ability as to the where, who and how in terms of sourcing talent
• Screen, assess and interview candidates
• Participate in the final selection process and decision making, supporting the line in making the right people decisions
• Work with selected search companies on specific recruitments
• Attention to the candidate experience ensuring value-adding services.

What you’ll bring

You will bring in a curious, dedicated, and a self-driven mind-set together with excellent social and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in other people from different cultures. You are reliable and passionate about what you do and have a high sense of integrity and loyalty.

Furthermore, you will bring in the following experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within recruitment
• Ability to use data, systems, and insights 
• Proven capability of delivering talents across an organization  
• Welcome high levels of change and complexity and are well versed in adapting quickly to new ways of working
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Fluent in Microsoft Office tools
• A relevant Master’s Degree.
