Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys working across the organisation, partnering with business managers, and finding the right talent for both operational and high level roles?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Topsoe and help us attract and hire the people who will contribute to our continued efforts to develop a sustainable future fueled by science.

The role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive recruitment processes proactively from initial briefing to final offer. You will work closely with hiring managers, their teams and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define clear role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates at speed. You will act as a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers at all levels and provide professional advice throughout the recruitment and selection process.

The role covers a broad range of positions—from blue-collar employees at our production sites to highly specialized and senior roles. Geographically, most of the roles are located in Denmark and Poland. A part of your role will be to develop and implement job analyses and assessment concepts for high volume profiles, especially operators.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct job analyses and translate business needs into clear, competency-based recruitment strategies and selection criteria based on a thorough understanding of the role, team and business requirements
  • Build diverse candidate pools and present well-qualified shortlists to hiring managers – an important part of this is to identify and directly source candidates through relevant channels and networks
  • Screen, assess and interview candidates
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Topsoe’s recruitment practices and talent acquisition approach

Your impact will be measured by the clarity and effectiveness of the recruitment process, the trust and satisfaction of hiring managers, and your ability to deliver the right candidates.

What you will bring

To succeed in this role, you bring several years of recruitment experience, ideally from various workplaces, and a strong background in job analyses and competency-based recruitment.

Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex roles and with high-volume profiles is highly valued, as is any additional experience in people management or related fields.

You actively seek to understand the business, the hiring manager’s goals and the environment in which the successful candidate will work. You use your analytical skills, listening ability and courage to challenge the hiring managers to translate this into clear and operational role-specific requirements.

You are fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in speech and writing. Your professionalism instills trust, and you excel at creating clarity and structure in your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers, their teams, and HR Business Partners to achieve shared recruitment goals. And you are committed to providing open and honest feedback, both to hiring managers and colleagues, to continuously improve the recruitment process and team capabilities.

The role requires physical presence in Lyngby and Frederikssund.
