Global Quality Partner

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in improving our quality excellence goals across our business, ensuring robust processes, compliance with global standards and relentless focus on customer satisfaction. You will drive quality strategic activities, ensure leadership engagement, develop capabilities across organization and develop our QMS robustness and manage changes around it.

What you’ll bring 
The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and has minimum 5-10 years of experience in quality preferably from manufacturing, chemical or technology environment. Strong solid experience in quality management system, lean, six sigma and quality tools (e.g. 8D, SPC, Control Plan, MSA and FMEAs).  

Your expertise includes driving quality improvements, developing and monitoring key quality metrics, and championing quality excellence initiatives. You are skilled at designing and delivering training programs that empower teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your passion for culture transformation and your collaborative approach will be instrumental in embedding best practices and elevating quality standards across the organization.
