FP&A Analyst to Topsoe's Financial Planning & Analysis team

 

The role and impact
As a FP&A Specialist in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be part of a small and skillful team where you will put your analytical strength, flair for processes and supreme planning skills into great use.

 

Together with your colleagues, you will turn data into insights, provide our senior management with accurate and insightful analysis, drive performance management, and you will play a significant role in ensuring our financial robustness while we drive the energy transition.

 

As a part of the team, you will run the financial planning processes (budget and forecast), make financial management reporting and dive into analytical questions on how to strengthen our finances. You will help ensure strong cost and cash awareness in across the company, set financial targets and support the further development of performance management in Topsoe.

 

What you’ll bring 
Our new colleague holds a master’s degree within Economics or Business Administration e.g. Cand.Merc, Cand.Oecon, Graduate diploma in accounting or something similar. You have experience from Business Finance and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel. 

 

Further, you have

  • strong financial modelling skills
  • excellent communication and storytelling skills (fluent in English)
  • an analytical mindset and strive love problem-solving 
  • flair and passion for detailing and outlining processes
  • thriving on taking responsibility – and not afraid of getting stuff done
  • the ability to maintain a high-level view of business complexities, while displaying high attention to details when necessary.
