End to End Planner

Curious about a role where you can make a real difference to production planning? As our End-to-End Planner, you will connect Operations, Procurement and Commercial—turning complex supply challenges into clear plans and informed decisions.

The role

You will own operational and tactical planning for relevant production lines, help balancing production, purchasing, inventory and customer needs. You will also contribute to a stronger, globally consistent planning processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full planning horizon in SAP ePPDS, from operational to tactical levels, including placing purchase orders with suppliers
• Maintaining and acting on SAP exception reports daily, managing process orders and due dates, and addressing risks to order fulfillment and stock levels in the monthly S&OP process
• Planning specific production lines in Frederikssund while ensuring alignment with global operations. Develop and maintain production plans while keeping a global overview.
• Owning the monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) supply reviews for your lines, presenting data-driven insights, imbalances and trade-off scenarios
• Optimizing inventory and safety-stock levels, and support continuous improvement of planning processes

After your first year, success will mean that production lines have clear plans for order volumes and start/end dates. Decision-makers can make aligned, fact-based decisions, and risks to order fulfilment or inventory are identified, escalated and addressed in time. 

What you bring

We expect that you have some years of practical experience with integrated supply chain planning, ideally in process industry or a technology-service environment. You have obtained knowledge of the S&OP cycle and supply planning for finished goods and/or raw materials, probably in a production environment.

Strong proficiency in SAP ePPDS, APS solutions, Business Warehouse, Excel and PowerPoint.

As a person you have a structured, analytical approach, you pay attention to detail and have the ability to turn complex data into clear decision-making material. You succeed in your stakeholder management because of your strong communication and collaboration skills and the confidence to work across functions.

On the more formal side, you hold a relevant academic technical engineering, Supply Chain Management or Economics degree.

Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Danish, is a prerequisite.

The role requires physic presence in Lyngby and Frederikssund.

You will be a part of a team of 9 who work closely with colleagues across Operations, Procurement, Commercial and other relevant functions, as well as stakeholders at the production site in Frederikssund. Together, you will surface planning challenges early, align on priorities and support decisions that keep production and supply plans on track.
