Business Excellence Partner

The role and impact
We are looking for an experienced business partner, with strong lean competence to be part of our Business Excellence team. 

You will take a key role as a business partner in a selected function, driving our ambition towards increased stability, efficiency, and scalability. You must be passionate about gaining business results through management systems design and people development. Additionally, you can develop functional strategies for the direction and sequence of business excellence implementation. 

In this role, you will be a change agent and business improvement leader, driving excellence through the implementation of systems and people development. You will be the expert in coaching and developing leaders in improvement techniques and maturing a Lean mindset. In addition, you will conduct coaching and training in all levels of our organization and take the lead in communicating and deploying our strategy and way of working to our colleagues.

The primary location is in Lyngby, but you will also be working from our location in Frederikssund. 

What you’ll bring 
We are looking for an individual who can identify, quantify, and "sell" cross-functional business improvement opportunities from an end-to-end perspective. Our focus will be on your leadership style and Lean competencies, as well as your experiences in using Lean to achieve results and develop people. You have expertise in the field of Lean, with a proven track record of designing and implementing, and you have strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in systematic problem-solving techniques.

Other key qualifications we are seeking include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a business with a strong emphasis on Lean and Change Management
  • A highly visual and structured approach, working persistently to achieve business results
  • Expertise in the field of management systems that deliver tangible business outcomes
  • Experience with stakeholder management and leadership development across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, listening, and training skills, with a passion for teaching others the application of lean principles and systems
  • Strong coaching ability, with a genuine interest and capability to develop people and transfer learning to others
  • The ability to connect strategy to tactical and operational actions, and a motivation for implementation that requires facilitation and change management
  • The ability to see opportunities beyond limitations, and a talent for combining theory with pragmatic solutions.  

Having multi-industry experience is an advantage.
