Licensing Manager

Topsoe is an international company in rapid development with the vision of being the global leader in carbon emission reduction technologies. Our headquarters are based in Denmark, but the vast majority of our highly specialized catalyst and technology solutions are sold to industrial plants throughout the world. We are now opening a new regional position of Licensing Manager in our Global Licensing group in Global Commercial, based in our Buenos Aires Offices.

The successful candidate will join a strong sales team, licensing technology solutions and associated services to clients and partners worldwide. Our sales activities are conducted on a highly technical and international level in close collaboration with our head-office in Denmark and our various regional offices. We work in an informal and ambitious environment collaborating with a strong network of specialists in the organization.

The industries and markets that we service are rapidly changing, and it is therefore necessary that we continuously challenge ourselves and adapt to new conditions faster than the market and faster than our competitors.

 

Responsibilities

As a Licensing Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Secure annual technology sales budget
  • Grow technology business in the region in line with securable market share
  • Support/share with other Licensing Mangers in order to grow the capabilities and knowledge in the team
  • Support key accounts for certain new/large customers
  • Pursue good relations to establish and enhance long-term customer relationships
  • Participating and representing Topsoe in industry relevant conferences
  • Open and willing to travel across Latin America region

 

Qualifications

We expect that you have the following key competencies:

  • Engineer degree
  • Understanding of the projects execution phases.
  • Good network and strong collaboration within the industry
  • Customer knowledge and focus
  • Self-starter and high self-motivation levels
