SUMMARY: Handles all aspects of receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard by performing the following duties. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain preservation of items received, stored, and shipped. Supports and understands responsibilities regarding the unloading, handling, and shipping of stock. Performs inventory checks for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures under the direction of the Warehouse Lead Technician. Inspects warehouse products and equipment for damages, completes appropriate documents, and takes action to correct. Monitors and reviews receiving and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. Supports production units in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Lead Technician. JOB REQUIREMENTS: SAP experience preferred Proficient in MS Office and Email software Knowledge of DOT regulations Knowledge of LEAN tools and systems HazMat Certification required within 90 days of start date Yard Mule operating experience preferred
