Senior Finance Business Partner - Asia

As a Finance Business Partner in Commercial Finance for APAC & China, you will be part of the Commercial Finance team led by the Finance Director for Commercial Finance. This team is an integral part of the Global Business Finance team at Topsoe.

Responsibilities:

• Actively support and drive periodic forecasting and budgeting processes for the APAC and China region.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability in Topsoe's value creation through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and transparent analysis of both topline and cost development.
• Understand and communicate sales performance to both management and sales representatives, facilitating profitability-driven decision making on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and present senior management reports on commercial performance in the APAC & China region.
• Conduct various types of analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in and lead key business-related projects.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Hold a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration or a similar relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive personality with the ability to work across different cultures and countries.
• Ability to maintain a high-level view of business complexities while paying attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and ThinkCell.
• Thrive on taking responsibility and have a track record of getting things done.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English.#LI-SG1
